Cooking, creating and capturing is truly my passion and it comes through in everything I do.  From planning a simple menu for my corporate clients to planning the most important celebrations in our lives, I put my heart and soul into absolutely everything.

Growing up in Philadelphia from immigrant Greek parents, I was raised in the restaurant business.  Our family had everything from 24-hour diners, hot dog carts, gourmet food trucks and pizza shops.

We started our catering business in South Florida in a small cafe/kiosk in an office building in 2001 and have grown to manage and operate one the largest corporate cafeterias in the area, which is still family run.  Culinary Republic branched out and managed various large corporate accounts including providing breakfast and lunch services to over 200 employees for a local power company daily.  In addition, we purchased, renovated, operated various cafes until focusing our efforts strictly on catering services.
